Not really the best though. Anti-Flag's For Blood And Empire (2006) and The Terror State (2003) are arguably among the best by Anti-Flag. Sometimes I feel I learn more about American politics and their foreign policy by listening to these bunch of left-inclined-anti war-anti capitalist political punk rock bands. :p

mp3 search tips

Politics schmolitics aside, here's a simple tip on how to get a better search result for mp3s on the net. Go to Google, and type the following in the search box. Include the artist name and song title as shown below;
?intitle:index.of? mp3 “artist” song title

example, ?intitle:index.of? mp3 “Nidji” Biarlah or

?intitle:index.of? mp3 “Madonna” Four minutes

You can also find lots of other Google search tips and tricks on the net, I'm just sharing one of the popular ones here. :)

Explosions in the Sky live in KL II

"..Kami adalah Letupan di Langit!" one of the band member attempting to speak a few Malay words to a thunderous cheer from the crowd.

The moment they played the first track of the night, 'Your Hand in Mind', which is also one of my favorite track, I was like, omg I can't believe I'm watching them live! Been a big fan of the Explosions in the Sky since listening to the 'The Earth Is A Not Cold Dead Place' album during my uni days, this is definitely one of the best show that I've been to in years. It was fantastic listening live to my favorite songs like 'Your Hand In Mine', 'The Only Moment We Were Alone', 'Yasmin the Light', 'First Breath After Coma', 'Catastrophe and the Cure' and a lot more..

I've been watching their videos over Youtube and to compare with their live performance here in KL, I can say they surely didn't dissapoint us even though it was only about 90 minutes performance. Non stop, mind you.

All in all, it was a great live performance from the band from Austin, Texas!

I met my old classmate, Bali and his friend there too. :)

Mannn, I really thought that I'm done with going to concert, gigs or watching live band performance, but the fact that Explosions in the Sky, (Explosions in the Sky wei! :p) is coming to KL next month is simply irresistable. An event not to be missed!
